Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we inform you:

1. The personal data you provide or acquire in the course of our activities will be processed according to principles of fairness, legality, transparency, and protection of your privacy and rights.


2. The processing of this data is intended to fulfill the contractual obligations resulting from an order.


3. It will also be carried out using electronic means, ensuring the security and confidentiality of the data.


4. The provision of the data is mandatory. Any refusal to provide us with your personal data, in whole or in part, or to authorize its processing could result in the non-fulfillment or partial fulfillment of the contract, i.e., the non-execution of the order.


5. The data may be communicated, exclusively for the purposes mentioned above, to certain individuals, including legal or tax advisors, banks, and transport companies, to meet the aforementioned obligations. Other individuals may become aware of the data as data processors or those responsible for processing. Under no circumstances will the processed personal data be disseminated.


6. Personal data classified as sensitive, i.e., data on origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, religious, philosophical, political or trade union organizations, as well as personal data on health and sex life, may be processed with the written permission of the person concerned and after authorization by the State Data Protection Commissioner (Article 26 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003), in the manner and for the purposes outlined above.

8. You may contact the data controller or the person responsible to assert your rights, as provided in Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, which we fully reproduce here for your information:

Article 7 - Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain the following information: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identification details of the data controller, the persons responsible, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representatives in the state territory, persons responsible, or persons in charge.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification that the operations under a) and b) have been notified, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right to be protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
